   I used to make my own sauce. At 78, I no longer do. One reason is it makes way too much! But the second reason is I’m just plain tired of cooking.
   These days i use a jar of sauce and load in the mushrooms and onions and sometimes other veggies. Never meat.
   But that still makes too much for one person, and I end up eating it for days and days. My spaghetti sauce making days may be coming to an end.

     Lisa hates onions so jar sauce is out of the question. I still love to cook. My injury makes it hard but I still give it a go.
